	Mr. Mahesh Choudhary, an Indian national, aged 31 years is the Whole Time Director of our Company. He is a Commerce graduate from Mumbai University and has done his MBA in Family Business Management from S.P. Jain College. He has 11 years of experience in this segment. As the Whole Time Director, he is actively involved in the day to day affairs of our Company and in strategic decision making.

	Mr. Varun Choudhary, an Indian national,aged 26 years is the Whole Time Director of our Company. He is a Commerce graduate from Mumbai University and has done his MBA in Family Business Management from S.P. Jain College. He has 8 years of experience in this segment. As the Whole Time Director, he is actively involved in the day to day affairs of our Company and in strategic decision making.

	Mr. Sushil P. Chouddhary, an Indian national,aged 42 years is the Director of our Company. He is a Science graduate from Mumbai University by qualification. He has started his career at the age of 22 Years in the 1988-89 from Chemical Industry. He has almost 2 decades of experience in this segment. He had played lead role in setup of R.F. Cable Plant in Aurangabad and currently he is looking after operational activity in Aurangabad cable plant.

	Mr. Balkishan Choudhary, an Indian national,aged 61 years is the Promoter Director of our Company. He hails from Bhiwani in Haryana State. He has more than 30 years of experience in the various aspects of business both commercial as well as technical.He always plays important role in important decisions of the Company and it's growth plans.

	Kumar Shiralagi a USA national, is a Managing Director at IndoUS Venture P Partners (IUVP), based in Bangalore, India. Prior to joining IUVP in 2007, he was the head of Intel Capital India, the venture capital group responsible for Indian investments. As the Country Director, he drove Intel's India investments and had a very successful run in making and managing investments and Exits. Notable companies in the portfolio were NIIT, Subex Systems, Futuresoft, R-systems, IndiaInfoline etc. and past Boards he has served on include Sasken Communications, Tejas Networks, Sharekhan, Nipuna, Deccanet, Real Image Media Technologies to name a few. Prior to joining Intel in 2003, he was the cofounder and Chief Operating Officer of Lytek Corporation in Arizona. He has worked in Motorola in various areas ranging from technology development to corporate strategy and investments. After completing his Engineering in Electronics and Communications from National institute of Technology (formerly KREC), Karnataka, he worked in Electronics and Radar Development in 1984-85 in Bangalore. He earned his PhD and MS in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University and an MBA from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management. He has published over 60 papers in international journals and conferences, has 23 issued US patents, is a senior member of IEEE and a Charter member of TiE Bangalore.

	James Savage, aged 41 years is a partner in Headland Capital Partners which he joined in 2000. His prior employment comprise Arthur D Little, Hongkong Telecom and KPMG (Hong Kong SAR and London). He is a graduate of Imperial College London and a Chartered Accountant in the UK having over 20 years of experience in the fields of telecommunications and finance. James is licensed to advise on Securities and Asset Management by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong. He is currently is the Director of [6] Indian corporations. James has resided in Asia since 1994 and has wide knowledge the technology, operations and equipment in the telecommunications industry across Asia. Specifically, he has experience as a technology consultant specializing in Internet consulting, in the telecommunications industry he has developed broadband networks, e-commerce platforms and launched a B2B portal.

	Subhash Baliga, an Indian national,aged 44 years from Mumbai , has over 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance and the Venture Capital and Private Equity industry. He has worked for notable organizations such as Tata Steel & Essel Group (Zee TV), IFCI Venture Capital Fund & Frontline Ventures. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Master's degree in Financial Management..

	Mr. Murli Ravi joined JAFCO Asia in 2008. He is the Head of South Asia Investments in JAFCO Asia. During his tenure so far, he has served on the board of 12 portfolio companies. Among others, his current board appointments include Consilium, CustomerXPs, Microland, Microqual, Mistral, Mozat and Vriti . Prior to joining JAFCO Asia, Mr. Murli worked in investments, consulting and research at Temasek Holdings, RedPill Solutions and INSEAD, during the course of which he acquired knowledge of industries such as mining, telecom/media, consumer goods, agriculture and alternative fuels. Transactions he has worked on have spanned a wide range of sizes, ranging from early-stage venture deals to significant minority stakes in large-cap public companies. Mr. Murli obtained the CFA charter in 2006, holds an MSc in Financial Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) and received a Certificate in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University (Pittsburgh, USA). He was awarded the SIA-NOL undergraduate scholarship to study engineering at the National University of Singapore.

	Mr. B. D. Khurana, He is a stalwart in the Telecom Industry. Mr.Khurana, an Indian national,aged 65 years, is a Graduate of IIT Delhi, 1967 batch. Mr. Khurana has wide and varied experience in manufacturing and services sector in the field of electronics and telecommunications. He was instrumental in setting up and steering Punjab Wireless Systems, as CEO at the age of 32 years in the state sector and later Chairman and Managing Director of Optel Telecommunications which was the first company in the country to manufacture integrated optical transmissions systems under one roof.In 1991, when the globalisation process started in India, he set up a techno-economic research and consultancy company and helped many multinationals set up their base in India.He took over as Director of DSC communications A/S of Asia Pacific region.Prior to joining Reliance Mr. Khurana was President Networks in Bharti Televentures. Mr. Khurana keeps himself at the leading edge by association with R&D and Academic Institutions.Amongst other, he is member of Empowered Mission Management Board of Technology Development Mission on Photonic Devices and Technologies set up by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India and Member Academic Senate ,Indian Institute of Information Technology & Management (IIIT&M), Gwalior

	Mr. Mithilesh Sinha, aged 77 years is the Independent Director of our Company. He is M. A. in Mathematics and he is Ph.D. in Operations Research. He has wide experience of diverse commercial fields like strategic planning, training, administration, banking operatins as well as restructuring. He is Ex-Chairman and Managing Director of State Bank of India. He currently holds Directorship in prominent Companies like First Winner Industries Limited, Bang Overseas Limited, Jhaveri Flexo India Limited, Radaan Media Works India Limited.
