Company History
"If you can dream it then you can have it" Microqual was founded by a young entrepreneur in 1999 who started his career by challenging every basic premise of traditional business values. Hailing from a traditional Marwari family whose main business was of Dyes and Chemicals who were contented with the basic premise of "Controlled Growth", Mr. Mahesh Choudhary started a telecom company with only rule "think big; achieve bigger".

After much research, he zeroed in on 'splitters', a vital component which was being imported and used to connect customers using WLL (Wireless in Local Loop) technology. With its first product having gained wide acceptance and securing multiple repeat orders, Microqual soon found acceptance with most of the major service providers of that time as a customer focused company.

The company grew exponentially from Rs 7 lakh to Rs 25 crores within a span of 7 years. Post this innovation there has been no looking back for Mr Choudhary. In just over a decade since inception, he has quickly taken the company from being just a component supplier to becoming one of India's leading total products and service provider of end-to-end infrastructure solutions for telecom sector.

Currently, the company offers services ranging from like maintenance of electrical infrastructure in base transceiver station sites to diesel filling activity in diesel generators for sites with proper monitoring and record.

Microqual today which is a Rs 235 crore company provides complete and integrated lifecycle solutions for passive infrastructure to the telecom companies' right from site selection, civil and electrical construction to installation and maintenance. Microqual's business priorities have been driven primarily by its customer's needs and it uses technology innovatively to enhance value for them by offering products, services and innovative solutions resulting in reduction of Capex, Opex and Space (ROCS), thereby increasing their overall profitability and time to market.
In order to increase the market share in the global passive telecommunications infrastructure solutions industry, Microqual plans to expand its overseas operations. Microqual will continue to utilise the experience and expertise gained in its Indian operations to seek to win and execute orders from international customers.
